6 Week Body Transformation Challenge

And so I decided to take up the challenge in Cape Town for the 6 week body transformation journey.  I am aiming at getting my six pack done at the end of the challenge. So I have bought our rebuild strength, and take the products and protein intake seriously.  Before and after pics to follow, cos see I have a point to prove..... MY PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST AND THEY WORK!

Have gotten my son to train us in gym.. and I must say, he is killing us! Shows no mercy! But needless to say, I will keep up and what is so great is that my muscle recovery is so good. I was expecting to have much more pain but funnily enough I am not in pain.  Just uncomfortable after a session and the next day - all good.
So that means, he is going to push even harder next time!
